Flim, I would not consider yourself "lucky", maybe just luckier than me! I trusted Urze, knowing he was having some problems. Now he has violated that trust, and, the law. Part of the problem is that Urze has a good reputation, (10), and some people might not understand why he has put himself in a situation like this. I know I don't. I hope a moderator, or someone who knows him can get in touch with him. I can not sit by when someone has commited fraud aginst me. This has gone on too long. Something is wrong. I DO hope Urze is OK, but, I am out of some hard earned cash. I also know there will be people who read this and think I am the bad guy. I am not. When all is said and done, I put my faith and tust with the good Lord. Then I go flying. It is my outlet, where, I can leave my troubles behind. I'll be so glad when this matter is resolved. My Avatar, to the left, is my family crest. It is a picture of a wild boar with the Latin words; " NE OBLIVICARIS ". It means; " Never Forget ".

Trust me, I think it is BS and If were in Germany I would go to his house and get my money back plus some! It is wrong to take someones money and not follow through- you can call it what you want, un-honest, cheating, stealing, whatever. It is funny when someone owes you money and don't have it... they think ignoring the problem will make it go away!

Has anyone heard from Urze or had ANY contact with him? :helpsmilie:I would really appreciate any help. I have tried all means of contacting him. He does not respond. Meanwhile it has been over 2 months since he received payment on my order. Thanks.

I'm far too trusting - I'm still 99.8% certain that Urze isn't trying to fleece anyone and is just having a few difficulties, but it's looking increasingly likely that I am in fact a gullible fool...

Namenlos Ein, thank you for pointing out one of his interests; Cocking. For those who don't know it is a form of gambling, i.e., betting on cock fights. Hmmm. AlphaOneSix, you point out his last activity was on 03-06-09. I could only find his last posting on 02-13-09. He posted a picture of a partially assembled collective, along with a message telling us that he was working on our orders right then. A month has passed since that, over 2 months since he received my payment. As I have stated before, I wish him no ill will. I just want, A; my order, (or), B; my money. Even a message would be nice. His profile states he is an ED Partner. I still think his ads should be removed from this forum, and, his reputation dropped. At least until this matter is resolved. And only if it is resolved in a positive manner. I do not like having to do this. Black Shark is my hobby, and I get immense enjoyment from it. I would much rather be writing posts about other (positive) things. In the end I will not let this mess "stain" that enjoyment. But, I will also not let this problem go until it is resolved. Urze, please respond.

I recommend calming down to everyone.

 

I agree with some of you who worries about their order and money, but I think not the worst is case now.

 

The LLTM 09 is close , I will be there and see if Urze is there just for everybody who is still nervous.

As I heard they want to present Black Shark there as last year.

 

But I think he will get back here before. If not and he's on the LLTM, I can get in contact with him if you want.

 

Is that an offer?

 

But in the end I would place a bet that everybody get's what they wanted.

and I would also bet that Urze simply mistyped "cooking"

I don't understand why people are defending this dude. Ya, he made cool stuff, opened a web site for business purposes , and offered a product. What kind of business operates where you buy a product- then never receive it, no one at the company will answer an email, and even reply to customer concerns. The guy looks like he owns a military surplus store and that is way he acts. My advise is if you ever want to be successful at any endeavor is stand up do what right and be honest with people. Jacking people off by not responding to their concerns will come back and bit your ass!

This is not public bashing. Urze chose to display and advertise his products in this forum. You are not standing in my shoes. If you were I can guarantee your outlook would be different. You don't know what I have been through in this whole ordeal. I DO hope you are right. I hope he did mispell cooking, and, I hope he does come through. It beats being out over $200.00 of hard earned cash. But what gets me is people defending a person who is treating his PAID customers like this. You are making it out like WE are the bad people! I can't believe this. This situation keeps getting sadder. I want nothing more than it to be over with. Hell, if he went bankrupt, and at least notified me, then I would know it's over. I wouldn't be happy, but, I would know. Urze is treating me ( and others ) wrong. Not the other way around.

I said, I agree that Urze is not showing his good reputating and is ruining his business also by letting his customers in the dark.

I too can understand spending so much money and not being sure to get it or, the item ordered, back for it, is making one nervous.

Especially I would be very nervous and I'm short tempered in such things, so I kinda feel with you.

But I don't like how people get into bad talking behind someones back before it is sure what caused this huge and untolerated delay in Urzes reply.

But right now noone knows if he is ok, or what his problems or reasons are.

I don't think and hope it's simply that he's not taking his customers serious.

 

But I know he's doing it not as main profession but beside his job.

 

I also too agree, that he should get back here soon and tell his status about things.

 

My friendly offering to try to get in contact on the LLTTM, as I am in Germany too, was just the try to reassure you that you stand not alone there on the other side of the world.

You are right. A person is innocent until proven guilty. I am not talking behind his back. I am hoping he reads this, or, the many e-mails sent, personal posts, and, messages left at his business. I appreciate your friendly offering to help more than you know. Right now that is all I have. So thank you for understanding the situation and offering your assistance. And you are right, standing alone on the other side of the world does not help. That is one of the reasons I post here. So I happily except your offer to try and get in touch with Urze, and again, thank you for offering. My back is against the wall on this one.

Groove,First and foremost I would like to thank you for re-opening this thread. It is closing in on 3 months since Urze accepted payment on my order. I have never received my order, and, Urze refuses to answer all messages I have sent to him. I have been in contact with several other good members who are in the same boat. The level of frustration grows as time passes. I hope that Urze reads this and comes forward. It is totally unacceptable for him to be doing this. I will leave it at that right now.

I'm going to start selling replica CNC'd mdf Aces II seat kits and I will never do what urze had done here. By the way, I have the F-16 done and soon will modify for the A-10 version. That will be another thread, but Urze needs to refund some money if he is not going to deliever!
