reported Mav in PRE not following moving target

TGP point track on moving target established, maverick does not follow the point track. can only be temporarily set to the TGP point track with TMS right on TGP page

Same as reported here, aslo in GMT. 

SPI is not following moving target unless you switch SOI and momentarily update SPI but does not track.
