I bought Normandy 2.0.

Wanted to check it out. Map in the game is still the same as ever, no update loaded.

I thought well they can't seriously sell a module that's only available on the Beta version can they?

So I went to the module manager and removed Normandy 1944 module trying to force an update by re installation. The game uninstalled the module no problem and restarted.

I went to the module manager again and when checking for new licenses it finds nothing. Does not ask me to reinstall Normandy... does not even list Normandy anymore. It seem up and gone...

Started full DCS repair > no effect.

What is going on?

They do this all the time. OB gets new stuff first, but new stuff is usually bugged somehow. By the time it hits stable, it should be mostly good to go.

Yea I get why I can't get Normandy 2.0. Okay.

But why can't I reinstall the original Normandy 1944 (or 1.0)?

I opened a support ticked anyway.

If Normandy 1944 was removed for stable I think that is a.) a mistake or b) bad practice. In both cases it should be fixed because when will ED update stable?

Stable hasn't been updated since December last year...

That worked.

For anyone, like me, not actually knowing how to do that the tutorial is here:

I closed the support ticket as well.
