Raven434th Posted May 26, 2023 Posted May 26, 2023 How robust are the joy 1 and joy 2 push buttons(not the forward /aft /up/ down axis, but the push function) on the throttle??...I'm a new user and I'm worried its something that will wear out pretty fast. Any opinions on the likely hood that will happen? they seem like it would go dead fairly quickly MODUALS OWNED AH-64D APACHE, Ka-50, UH-1H, Mi-8MTV2, Mi-24,MiG-29 FF, Gazelle, FC3, A-10C, A-10CII, Mirage 2000C, F-14 TOMCAT, F/A-18C HORNET, F-16C VIPER, AV-8B/NA, F-15 E, F-4 Phantom, MiG-21Bis, L-39, F-5E, AJS 37 Viggen, MiG-19, F-86, MiG-15Bis, Spitfire IX, Bf-109K, Fw-190D, P-51D, CA, COLD WAR GERMANY,SYRIA, AFGHANISTAN,NEVADA, NORMANDY, PERSIAN GULF, MARIANA ISLANDS,SUPER CARRIER, WORLD WAR II ASSETS PACK, HAWK T1 SYSTEM SPECS AMD 7600X 4.7 Ghz CPU , MSI RX 6750 12 gig GPU ,32 gig ram on Win11 64bit.
Beirut Posted May 27, 2023 Posted May 27, 2023 I've only had my throttle for a few days and it was only because of your post that I became aware of the push button aspect of those push buttons. So thank you for that. Far as I see, though, the thing is built like a tank. But I'm not sure I would want to overuse the push button on the slew stick. Just... because. Some of the planes, but all of the maps!
