Propeller disappearing when zoom too close to aircraft

I fly the Spit since more than a year now, and I have this issue since day one, no update seems to solve it - I wonder if it's common or I am the only one:

I aircraft view, if you zoom to close the propeller cone disappears. if you zoom out, is back again - any way to solve this?

I've been noticing the same thing - driving me nuts!

It's like something is wrong with the LODs model for the prop-cone!

Posted a topic (here) similar to this, but has the prop spinning animation moving sequentially from the nose to cockpit area on all F2-viewed AI WW2 aircraft.

Are you using Single-thread or Multi-thread version of DCS?

Yup, turns out I was using the single-threaded version. Changing over to MT cured the issue for me. For whatever reason I thought OB had converted fully to MT and manually selecting that version to start the sim was no longer necessary.
