not correct for version F-16 moving map in HSD

Was wondering if it's planned or may be possible to add a moving map to the F-16 like in the F-18.

I know some countries has it on their block 50s

Not really, unless you manually draw them out with STPT lines in the DTC

does the viper support different flightpaths/sets so that you could have your normal waypoints as one route and use another set just to put down some lines as visual aids?

You can (but currently not implemented in DCS) draw some additional waypoints that will be connected with a dashed line to mark areas, draw a border or do other stuff with it.
