CPG station can not control throttle, will always be off or fly, regardless of pilot or cpg input

In multicrew (only checked MT build), ever since the update that claimed aircraft startup synchronization fixed, there has been a consistent desync during startup in that the throttle lever positions are not synchronized. When the pilot pushes the throttles from off to idle, they will instantly jump to the fly position for the CPG.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Join cold AH64 and wait for CPG
  2. Battery power
  3. APU On
  4. Engine starter left
  5. Throttle idle
  6. Ask CPG for the left engine throttle position

The pilot throttle at this point is idle, but the CPG's throttle will be in the fly position. Same thing for the right engine.

This results in the rotor rpm message being played back for the CPG, while not for the pilot. I made it my habit to only fully push the throttles to the fly position after the rotor rpm is in the green zone, such to avoid the warning message, but this is no longer possible for the CPG.

Also any changes to the throttles made by the pilot are not reflected on the CPG side. It's either in the off detent or in the fly detent.

I'll upload a track soon, sorry, couldn't find someone right now.

@Lord Vader

We did some more testing. It seems like the CPG station always sets full throttle.

Keyboard controls from the CPG station make the throttle wiggle, but it always jumps to fly. Mouse controls can make the throttles move more, but again it jumps to fly. The pilot moving the throttles causes temporary twitches to the pilot's position and then back to full for the CPG.

Here are the tracks. I hope you look at them, cause it would be really... discouraging to be requested to make tracks and then not have anyone look at them for a year or so, that's also plain rude.

CPG was me, hosting a server. PLT was my buddy as a client.

I just tested it in singleplayer. The CPG station can not move the throttle levers. When taking control it just twitches and jumps straight back to the fly position. I don't think this is multicrew related after all.

I also double checked that nothing is bound to the throttle controls, only the keyboard is and I wasn't pressing any buttons.
