At high frame rates they just bounce around at ludicrous speed. There's a first pair of wipers with a "normal" animation, only its speed is ludicrous, causing it to be almost invisible in real time. And there's a second pair which does not seem to move at all. However, screenshots reveal there's only one pair of wipers. Each frame alternates between the stowed position and normal animation. Issue reported. Thanks for the heads up.
