Apologies, I see that now.

I had just sorted my 403 error out, by finding that thread.

Further on says the following:

In fairness, there are a number of people in that and other 403 threads who said they didn't have it bound but then came back and reported it was bound and that was their problem.

Hey guys, thank you so much for your comments. Indeed I found out, that the accounts were in fact bound, which was a surprise to me since I can't remember I did it. I never use the DCS account, so I might have done it a few years ago and just don't remember.

So "rob10" 🙂 I'm one of them 🙂 ... sorry for that. Anyway... thanks again for your help!!!!

Thanks for reporting back.  Your report may convince someone else to double check and save them a bunch of grief.  I've done things that I'd have said there was no way I had done, so I totally get it 🙂.
