reported Al Dhafra Taxiway next to 13L errors

On Al Dhafra AB. there is an error on RWY 13L, as one of the exits is called 'G' instead of 'D1' . D2 is correct

 

 

On holding short to runway 13L or from runway 31R signs are correct

One more point, is it normal not to have a sign here?

I think so, yes. Signs are placed right before the crossroad.

not really, it shows only P before the crosroad
