options to remove ale-40 countermeasure dispensers

having an option to mount and dismount the ale-40 through the rearming screen or as a mission editor option on our current mirage F1 versions would be very nice to have to better represent how these aircraft were equipped in the earlier half of the 80s and before on our missions, with phimat pods on the roadmap it'd also be nice to be able to fly with phimats only

Unless I'm looking at the wrong dispenser, I'm fairly certain the absence/presence of ALE-40 is tied to the livery. For example the CT/CR liveries do not have dispensers visible. Or do you mean have the function removed, not just the artwork?

OP wants a dedicated feature like the MiG-21's, on which the flare dispensers are an option in the rearm/refuel menu. Turning it all down is a thing, but it's game-ey and you can't force it in a MP server.

I took it to call for a forceable option as well. One of my gripes with the current NVG/JHMCS setup for the F-16 and F/A-18 (among others) is that they can't be made unavailable to players, so someone playing a scenario set in 1998 could just ask the ground crew to throw on a JHMCS.
