It's already available in most (all?) module for the engine, simply not for the APU exhaust. For the APU there is "just" the flameout during the start. Honestly I don't feel the lack of this effects considering the time of APU usage.....but yes since the code basically is already there, we can hope for some effort to make it also for the APU exhaust.
