Where are the a-10 and a-10c II DLCs?
There are no A-10cs in the plane selection menu.

What do you see when you filter on "A-10C"?

Have you checked whether you have them all installed? Here:

Please attach your dcs.log (from Saved Games/DCS.../Logs). It may help.

That's exactly what doesn't appear here.
everything else appears, the other planes and their respective campaigns

Check the last tab (Installed > Modules) - is the module installed and enabled?

Maybe you have bought A-10C from Steam?
