IFF Crypto switch not moving

The Crypto switch on the IFF panel is displayed as clickable, but it doesn't move either way when clicked. Same with setting up key binds to it, it's still not possible to move it, even though it is displayed as interactive.

At least for rear cockpit this switch has black sign in Manual, p. 78.

This switch used to be operable, as shown on this video that I recorded in August:

My guess is that a later update of the Module disabled the switch movement.
