fixed S-60 and KS-19 ignore LOS

Hi everyone,

While playing in Multiplayer I witnessed an S60 firing at me and kept firing even after I completely masked my helicopter.

I've created a test mission and confirmed that the S60 will fire regardless of terrain. It will even keep tracking you if you move behind the terrain.

I've added a track and miz to demonstrate the issue.

Issue confirmed. Only the S-60 and KS-19 seem to be affected from what I can see.

I've just re-tested this issue with the latest patch (2.9.3.51704) because of this item on the changelog:

Fixed issue with ground units that in some cases allowed them to track targets without clear LOS (AAA and SAM tracking target behind mountain).

I'm happy to report it has been fixed.
