The Sea Eagle anti-ship missiles are invulnerable to CIWS rounds.  They register hits in Tacview, and ships will fire on them, but they cannot be destroyed by any CIWS I've tested so far, using several types of Chinese and Russian ships.  We encountered this bug both in multiplayers and in single player testing, from human and AI C-101s.

The HQ-16 on the Type 54A can shoot them down, so missile damage seems to work when missiles hit successfully.  The Type 52D will not fire missiles at Sea Eagles, so between that and the CIWS being broken, the Sea Eagle is essentially unstoppable when fired against the top of the line Chinese DDG.

Video of running a test vs a LOT of CIWS shooters in a custom miz after we saw this issue during a multiplayer mission:

I can confirm this also. The multiplayer environment Sea Eagles launched by several players got through a screen of four Type 054 Frigates without any problem. This makes use of the missile fairly uninteresting in MP as it is simply too powerful without any drawbacks.

They may be using the mod which allows you to target ships dynamically with it.
