MT VR Game crash Error EDCORE (9964): F:\DCS World OpenBeta\bin-mt\dx11backend.dll

Not sure what is causing this. Just updated the latest Beta patch yesterday and now my game is crashing at random while flying on MP servers. Haven't tried in SP.

Checked the Game Crash help and I am getting an error not on the list "dx11backend.dll" I have done both the fast repair and the slow repair. All my driver's have been updated.

This looks like a GPU crash.

If you havedn't already, try and uninstall your GPU driver (you can use DDU to be sure to remove all of it), then reinstalle a fresh one.

One thing I noticed while it was crashing consistently was I was flying the Community A4. When I got tired of crashing to desktop every couple of minutes I switched to the F16 and the game crashes stopped.

I am curious if the Scooter got broke with any of the new patches.

I was also trying to fly on a MP server so there is no telling what was going on.

 

I will give the gpu driver a go just to check that off the list. Thanks for the suggestion Flappie 🙂

most mods have to be updated after the patches come out. unofficial mod creators do not get early access to code to provide updated version at same time patch is released.
