Afghan Railway Map

Hello, DCS,

We are happy that the Afghanistan Map is in development.  I have a suggestion.  How about adding railways?  The attachments show railways in Afghanistan.

Why would you think they won't add railways to the map? They always do.

Aside from acknowledgement that the Afghanistan map will happen, there is no clarification what the map will or will not have. Adding the RR information adds value and enjoyment. Nobody else has suggested adding RR information besides me.

Duh, becuase it's like asking to include roads, cities, rivers or mountains to the map.

Btw, your map is tiny and low res - how would that help anyone build a railroad upon that information? They need detailed map, like every turn of the rails - like a Google map, if you can find it, because the rail road network is very small in Afghanistan.

@draconusI know the resolution of some maps is not the best. I look for high resolution maps and use them when i find them.

ED is going through a type of news drought. They give us tidbits of news but few and far between. 

The RR maps hopefully will be implemented on the maps. As a minimum, I know ED reads the forum posts.

So you think we should "ask" to add villages, roads, lakes, dams and forests, as well?! I mean they did those AND the railways on all other maps, but just to be sure?

There was a bombed out T-55 I pissed on once outside of Maymana. Can ED please make sure that gets added to the map?
