60% matches the type of flying I normally do and represents the Flanker’s basic fuel load, filling only tanks 2 & 3.

I am the wrong person to edit you know I can't type. 🤣Seriously though the weight issue is important with the Harrier as you can't take off vertically if you're too heavy

Easy, get in the books find what the max cruise range is for an altitude, check your fuel flow in the E models' case x it by 2 and you have your POUNDS per hour burn rate. Not a percentage of fuel burn rate. Percent is only in the in game refuel/rearm box. There should at least be an option for it and also an option to stop refuel whenever you want on the ground. Sort of like the AR disconnect.

Out of curiosity it took me an hour* to get it working as a mod. Just displayed fuel weight numbers need some fixing. *Actual programming effort is a minute.
