fixed Impossible to change cargo choice (Helo Sling Load mission)

During Helo sling load mission after selecting a cargo, I can't change my choice to another one. The option menu "cancel choosing cargo" has no effect.

I tried with UH-1 and Mi-8 with same result.

Issue reproduced and reported.

As a workaround: hook the cargo, then unhook it.

This still appears to be a problem, "cancel choosing cargo" does not do anything, at least in the Huey.

The work around of hooking/unhooking is not always feasible, depending on the mission.
