RAT script would do that. I have random air traffic in all of my missions and it gives DCS other feeling.

Hello @fagulha

I've been having trouble with RAT lately ... while the RAT aircraft are starting, at the mission's beginning, I find that the SOUND TO triggers fails to produce the sound, until all RAT aircraft have finished the start engines, the sound coming out the speakers afterwards ... have you encountered this issue? If yes, did you found a solution?

Thanks,

Eduardo

Hi @Rudel_chw,

I don´t use SOUND TO trigger for awhile in my recent missions but i did a quick test and worked as intended, with no issues at least that i´m aware of.

Sorry if i couldn´t help you.

If i stumble with someone with the same issue i´ll let you know.

Bruno.

PS: just to be sure, did you tried to create a new/simple mission just to test to see if the issue persists?

Hi Bruno,

Thanks for taking a look into this, I appreciate it. On my mission, I have had to resort to pausing the mission steps, and making the user wait, until the RAT aircraft are ready, as shown on this video:

On this example I waited too little, and thus the initial voiceover does not sound.

I have tried several versions of Moose but have the same issue with every one I've tried, can you tell me which version you use?

I´m using version 2.9.8.

That´s a simple trigger SOUND TO > ALL?

In my test i just used this simple trigger, i don´t know if it is the same way you set yours.

Hi,

I updated my Moose to 2.9.8 but unfortunately still had the issue that no sound could be played until all the RAT traffic was spawn .. on this mission for example I had to leave a waiting pause at the beginning of around 20 seconds, before playing the first sound voice over of this mission:

I was on the verge of leaving RAT out, but finally decided to leave it in as the mission is more lively with the background air operations.

Thanks for the help anyway 👍
