missing info Mig-29S airbrake not working

FC4 - after latest update, Mig-29S airbrake inputs are not working anymore. uninstalled all mods, run a repair, issue still persists. Kindly advise, thanks

And just for the record, you know you cannot extend the brake with gear down and with the centerline fuel tank attached, right?
