LucShep Posted October 3 Posted October 3 (edited) As said in another thread - If you wish to decline Win11 updates, it can be done with WUB (windows update blocker): https://www.sordum.org/9470/windows-update-blocker-v1-8/ Very easy to use (one button affair, enable/disable), and works with all Win OS, all the way back from XP to the current 11. PS: please note that blocking Win OS updates with WUB also blocks apps downloads/updates from the Windows store. Even if I never use the G2 again, at least I won't have to deal with the update until it's fully flushed out, at least until 11/11/2025. That way you can still get security updates. Mines windows 11, not pro as far as im aware. The computer shop said disabling the update will not stop my fire wall working. And still seems to work
