ty kuky. now i have a problem...this is the first time i introduce one of my models in a game.it looks very smooth because it wasn't made initially for the game and i added some serious meshsmooth that makes a common computer even crash... i supose i have to reduce something but i don't know what to take account of..number of polys, FPS, size of the file(.3ds, how many mb it has) or what?

please help...

I will let my dear friend OldCrow answerer this but i think about 35- 40 000 polys is the best way to go, though i know some planes that are over 50 000 polys, but i guess that comes down to good LOD modelling.

Intel Core i7-8700 3,20GHz - EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti SC2 - 32Gb Ram - DCS on 500 GB SSD - Windows 10 - Thrusmaster Warthog - Thrustmaster TPR pedals - Track Ir 5 - Samsung Odyssey+

that's weird. if 47000 is much then how are those more than 80000?i heard that the original su-25 has about 50000polys. are you sure 47000 is much? i wonder how many polys has the 3GO su27

My SR-71 is until 50.000 polys. I use to much mesh smooth on it. Becase i was do this model when im a newbie in 3dmax(still im not good). And when i test this plane with friends, one of them says it makes a bit lag because of much polys.. And i was worry about it a bit.

keep number of polys higher rather then too low... 47000 is alright as long as model is correct in shape and curves in the right places :D

Please take extra care to not miss some obvious error (if there is any) in the shape or missing some detail it should be there. From last photo I think wings are missing these, what are they called... slats?... on top of the wing?

Just looking back the photos and your model I feel tail is little too curved and rear of the tail should be bit lower and I see missing antena on top fuselage, behind cockpit... little things like that... please don't forget them.

what program are you using?

as im new to 3D moddleing.

The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.

Fantastic.. !! Please make sure to replace the SU-25TM and not the SU-25T..

Also at that point modeling the 3D damages tires blow out etc etc.. would definitely a great great addition... and a keeper !!!!

Fly it like you stole it..
