investigating Stuck in the middle of mission 3

Hi,

I have a problem with mission 3.

The first time it went fine. I wanted to redo it to change the attack option of the 3rd target and see what happens next, but on this 2nd attempt, a trigger must not have gone off after the first contact with GHOST after the convoy attack (screenshot on the message historic : it ends here). I circled the IP for at least 10 minutes, but nothing happened. Am I the only one experiencing this?

Anyway, thanks, the campaign is off to a good start and seems very exciting and interesting (knowing that I can go on to the next part since I've already completed this mission once).

Well, I replayed the mission, but I didn't reproduce the problem.
So, I am continuing this captivating campaign

Hey! Some people are reporting it but I can't think of a reason why this is happening, I've added all the possible safeguards... glad to hear it worked on the second  try!

I’m experiencing this problem, tonight is the 4th time I have tried. 
I take out the convoy and my wingman tell me they are scattering and have reached the town. Then it goes dead. 
 

im asked to read back some instructions for a 9 line but I haven’t heard anything.. this is very frustrating

@Deadbeat OK, are you sure the convoy was destroyed? The only option for the wingman to report that they reached the town is one of the trucks actually getting there. Also, random 9-line instructions out of the blue are also highly unusual. A track would be helpful to see what happened there. Which option did you choose to engage the convoy - with your wingman or alone? What was the flow of the conversation - was there a report that the convoy was destroyed and you were asked to switch frequency to AWACS to report this? For most of the people the mission works as intended, some have trouble after the convoy part, though I double - and triple checked the triggers and everything is fine. Another question for you - did you use the GBUs to attack the convoy? Let me know, I'd like to get to the bottom of this and fix all the possible scenarios. Thanks!

Only just had the opportunity tonight to attempt this again and I’ve hit a brick wall again. 
The column has been destroyed, I took out the first vehicle and my wingman the second. Then the rest taken out with guns. 
 Then had the command to switch channel and return to IP (which I’m thinking is waypoint 3?)

I’ve done both, been flying around wp3 for ages and nothing has happened.

Some people experience problems with this one exactly in this spot, while for most it works OK and I cannot figure out what is wrong with (all the triggers in ME are set up correctly, safeguards are in place etc). Did you use the GBU-12 during the run on the trucks or on the AAA @Deadbeat?

I am having the same problem. Choose to attack the first AAA vehicle alone, shot it with Maverick - then i would expect i was done? nothing tells me to destroy the convoy? Why would i shoot the first AAA vehicle alone, i cant attack the 2nd one as the mission tells me not to use my GBU's?

First AAA is destroyed, 2nd one stands still, i am circling waypoint 3 and running out of fuel soon. What to do?

Am i supposed to strafe the convoy? Nothing tells me to do this. Briefing tells me to stay at 18.000 feet. So i cant strafe them. Cant use GBU, the wingman doesnt attack.

What is the player supposed to do here?
