Regardless of which mode I choose (attitude hold, barometric hold, terrain avoidance) the jet does not hold a stable flight path.  Setting the min altitude to 300  and flying at 400 , the jet just slides down below min alt on its own.

I don’t have a chance to check your track right now, but I’ve gotten all modes to work for me. Is anything bound to AP disconnect? 
 

I can set minimum radar alt and it will recover, climb above, then engage barometric alt hold. 
 

In return to level flight, alt hold, it will dive a bit before maintaining level

Late seeing this thread. I downloaded the TRK and took control. AP worked perfectly on my end with me in control. If I just view the TRK, however, I see your difficulty but have no clue as to why.

I'd check axis bindings. Is it FFB stick?
