reported Tanker communicates wrong speed over radio

When AAR the tanker gives a speed when making first radio contact. This appears to be an IAS, but its always around 10-20 knots below the actual IAS of the tanker. I would get rounding down to tens, but when the tanker says 300 and it actually does 323, thats weird.

On my missions I often have them around 300-310KCAS and they always report 290 on the radio.

I've just tested this with all 4 tankers (KC135 and KC135MPRS five the same result) :

EDIT:  I did another test and this time it works for all tankers. So I think the rounding is just wrong, whatever the plane. I'll report this.
