AH1 Cobra (Cold war)

At the current state of DCS, there are no attack helicopters of Cold War on blue side, like red coalition has the mi24 hind. Brining a cold war helicopter of this style would add to dynamic servers, and make helicopter gameplay a lot more interresting. I would love to see the AH1 Cobra in DCS, and hopefully an older variant fitting the Vietnam Era (great combination to the Huey and F4E Phantom). Please for the core of the game, remaster the old Cobra AI modell and give it some love for AI use, perhaps bringing new variants.

ED always goes for the most modern version of the he helicopters they can get. So doubt they do cold war. One have to hope some 3rd party developers does it.

Mi-24 in DCS is not in the latest version. 
As it turned out, publishers do not look at our polls, in one of them the AH-1 won, and we received the AH-47. The survey on what version of the AH-1 we would like to have is as important to them as the one on version 24 when it was announced. The question is, is anyone going to make any version of the AH-1 at all? I heard that "ED" booked her, but whether it's true or just a fairy tale, I don't know. I'm waiting for any one, I don't have time to be picky anymore...

The only issue with this is that it's an unofficial mod, unless Nomad decides to take it the official route (and that assumes ED would approve it).  I'll still fly it for sure though.
