cannot reproduce GBU-12 not tracking laser

see title

cold started, changed laser code to 1511, took off, set up laser codes in the TGP DED, laser arm on, set autolase to 15s, dropped a bomb - miss.

she did not track at all.
also didnt work with 1688 in previous tries

edit: also tested with a fresh miz, airspawn, everything default (laser to 1688). still didnt track.

For some reason at least for me you did not drop a bomb in this track. However i manually took over the track right before the bomb was meant to be released and it tracked perfectly for me.

huh weird. In a previous try i dropped 4 of them, none tracked.

I have been fine tuning a mission where I drop 6 GBU-12 on syria these days, and all of them follow the laser properly. Default code 1688 here.

Hm. Ill try with a clean install again tomorrow. Would be good if it is just my game, and not the update.

It would be a lot better if you could post that track instead since the track you posted earlier is not a short track that can be replayed back.

I wanted to but somehow i cant upload anything bigger than 266kb anymore, even the shortest track is too big

before reinstalling (!), could you try with regular default 1688 code? or 1512

You've probably hit your upload limit on the forums.  Go to your PROFILE and somewhere in there it will allow you to delete previously uploaded files and gain back some space.

No real point reinstalling DCS when you can just do a slow repair and cleanup

Hi,

your track seems broken and no bomb is dropped when replaying it. Also, in the future, try to make your track shorter, having to wait 10 minutes to get to the lgb dropping part is a bit of a waste of time.

I just tried and I'm seeing no issues with getting LGBs to track my laser.

Awesome, thanks, will do. Will have to wait until tomorrow though.

Yeah im aware. In the past however we had an issue occurring only when cold started, not in hot or airstart. Hence why i test everything off of cold starts
