So how is your experience in multiplayer?

We tried DC in multiplayer after Christmas update and We are still not happy.
We are three ship flight and our flight was block in taxi procedures, Parking MENU was unavailable.
After (2) released slot, (1) and (3) are able to taxi. 🥸    Then (2) join again and he was able to taxi after (1) and (3). 
But Why DC woŕk after number two leave a Deck. 😭

Parking position 5,6 and 7.

Cant really advise without some deeper knowledge of how your flight / mission is structured......

System specs: PC1 :Scan 3XS Ryzen 5900X, 64GB Corsair veng DDR4 3600, EVGA GTX 3090 Win 10, Quest Pro, Samsung Odyssey G9 Neo monitor.

It is not about a stucture of a mission. We are three F-18 same flight, no AI. Simple MP mission.
If We occupy park position 5 and 6 then DC wont get us clear to taxi. 

Multiplayer is banned.

We are blocked.

The Carrier is totaly empty.

No AI or decoration.

So Gentlemen's,

don't delete static objects just add more of them 🙃😄 

We are sure that If You are two ship on Elevator => can't TAXI. It's strange, bacause when You Recovery, teleport and after request launch You are able to TAXI even when You were next to each other on elevator. 🤷‍♂️

So We blocked PARK/SPAWN positions on a elevators with static object and the DC worked. 
!! Also You need YellowJ in front of each player aircraft => positions "7" and "10" were not able for TAXI, because there is only 🦺 for "7".  I don't know Why 🦺 for "10" was not there.
=> when all Aircrafts have their 🦺 then all players can TAXI. Sometimes salute twice.

Block park posotions 10, 5 or 6, 8 and optional 11 If a 4ship want start from CAT 2.

Hope that ED resolve blocking elevators system .

Hmm really interesting.

 

We will continue to test.

 

But at the moment it seems that 3 hornets simultaneously on a empty Carrier block each other from taxi.

 

It shows the message (Awaiting Personal) for each one of them.

Because two Hornets are on elevator 2. If one of them disconnect then thre will be one Hornet on elevator two and one Hornet on el. 3. => Both were cleaered to taxi.

Seems like a lot of work for something we've paid for.  We switched back to the Stennis to avoid the issues.  As it is currently implemented it is just another disappointing feature that causes more issues in multiplayer.  When you have 8+ members on to fly and not test this is not feasible.

Has the experience improved for anyone in MP? We did some tests with the new patch which supposedly fixed the MP issues (i.e. players stuck in parking position) but it didn't see any improvement. The first four aircraft got directed and could launch without issues but after that, some people (mostly thouse bound for cats 3 and 4) would not get cleared to taxi, no matter what.

Nope. The bug still exist. I made some tests and it appears that when you're in a group you have to let your WM taxi first but if you as a FL start taxi as a first A/C then your WM is blocked. There are two solutions atm. FL taxi as the last A/C of the group or all A/Cs are set as single ship in the group in that case the taxi order doesnt matter.

So 2.9.12 is bad for Deck Crew.
We tested 4 ship flight.  Pos.5, 6 and pos.7, 8.  DC only approved taxi for pos.5 and pos.7.  6, 8 were stuck even one of them leave CV. 

After that these pilots join clean deck on pos.5 and pos.6 and .... they were stuck on same elevator.   

So this is not fixed. We'll use our "DECK7" static block from post above.
