cannot produce and mssing track file Air to Air Refueling and Comms

I'm desperate for help here. I think my issue is more comms related. When I give the 'Intent to Refuel' command to the Tanker, I hear nothing in return so I don't think the process ever actually starts. I have attempted the AAR missions in both Syria and Caucus Instant Actions. I accept the default Channel and frequency but I never hear anything back from the tanker. All volumes are up. I've turned every dial. I"m desperate for advice at this point.

have you checked you are using the right radio frequency and correct radio ?

Post a track? I agree with Speed, while a track will show us what's going on.
In case you don't know. When you end a mission theres a button called Svae Track. Give the file a name, and just drag it in here.

Thanks guys. I did confirm (at least I think I confirmed that I'm on the right frequency), but I'll be sure to post a track later when I get home from work. Thanks for your help.

if you are on the right frequency you might not be using the right radio ...  but as @MAXsenna said a track will rule that out one way or the other

I hadn't noticed it before but I see when my radio call is going out VHF is highlighted and not UHF. But I don't know how to fix that and I'm not sure why it's defaulting to VHF.

I figured it out. FINALLY... My radio command binding on my HOTAS works where I push it up for VHF and down for UHF... I always push it up because I thought that was the only way to bring up the radio commands ... Thanks for your help in talking me through it... Now I'm off to go and fail repeatedly as I learn to refuel.

I'm currently working on in-flight A2R for F-16. No problems for me. Since it was a radio, you already know it works .
