We are setting the waypoints as usual in the ME, but once the mission runs on op night, when someone joins a dynamic spawn slot, these do not show up in the kneeboard and are not programmed in at all.

I am confused why there is no chatter about this. Are we doing something wrong?

Yes, dynamic spawns I believe need to be “player” not “client” or something like that. Otherwise it’s literally just doing the same as you clicking in a new aircraft in ME with no setup.

Dynamic spawns are for pickup not planned stuff.

As per the guide from BN, literally that should not be the case. They showed specifically how to set up waypoints, loadouts etc. for that template. What we use it for is irrelevant, I am talking about features that were demonstrated for everyone, but the F-14 is struggling. Most likely because our special waypoints are not part of the "normal" waypoint system.

Has nothing to do with pickup or not, a notion I strongly disagree with.

Bombadier/Navigator, though from context I suspect they're referring to Bignewy here.

I guess I’ll just assume so, because there is’t that much context here.
