draconus Posted March 20 Posted March 20 I remember someone already posted about it but can't remember the solution. Is the 5k radalt setting a real procedure? It takes a lot of time and rotations and gets only to 4.5. Tomcat bug? I'm not native but consider myself decent enough listening to english. Paco voice was so radioized that I only get half of what he's saying. I mean the guy just sits right behind me - was the ICS so bad in the Tomcat? Still a long way to go up to 5k. What about that 4.5 stop? Win10 i7-10700KF 32GB RTX4070S Quest 3 T16000M VPC CDT-VMAX TFRP FC3 F-14A/B F-15E CA SC NTTR PG Syria
Griefhard Posted May 12 Posted May 12 Mine stops also at 4.5, which is the maximum height for the radar altimeter. It actually went off at about 5k. And yes, I also hat to do quite some "mouse wheeling" or when holding the left button and moving the mouse upwards, I needed more than 1 pass... After the first flight, you are on your own to set the height. At least on Day 2...
Wavehopper Posted May 15 Posted May 15 You can hold down left-shift while you mouse wheel/flick as well to move it faster. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCC9G7AVfi68SovXCTCH-7fA
