It is cosmetic, but there are winter trucks all over the campaign.

One standing directly in front of us at the beginning of Mission 6.

Noticed the same. White (partially) the truck (winter camo skin).

Also, near the shelter 12 is soldier on the soldier (they are too close):

Hi, it may be that the camouflage of the vehicles depends on the date of the mission, and that said date is in winter. I think that could be a cause.

Yep. This is how it works , but in such a situation you manually change the skin to the summer/spring or desert period (if available, for this truck not).
