So we will see. Kate (our COO) has stated that the team is eager to explore more Ru aircraft if given the green light, and that the MiG-23, one way or another, would most likely be in DCS one day. 11 2 Forum Rules • My YouTube • My Discord - NineLine#0440• **How to Report a Bug**

Any modern redfor aircraft would be vastly popular given that we only have FC3 stuff right now, no doubt. I think the "green light" is more a political problem with the licensing. Solving the Razbam issue seems more likely than solving licensing issues with Ruzzia. Edited April 24 by TheFreshPrince 1

I took this as a sign and good indication that we will finally get the MiG-23 in DCS. That's a good thing, because the wonderful cold war map is not half as good without the MiG-23. The Flogger is beautiful and defined an entire era on the side of the Soviet Air Force, namely exactly the one in the seventies and eighties. Now let's hope that we won't get the Flogger for DCS in 3 years, but sooner. . . 2

But let's worry about the current modules before we worry about things not here yet. Don’t forget you have a new Cold War map without the main fighter for red force to fight. MiG-23 was the number 1 fighter of GDR. Mig-29A was not enough at 80s time to cover a real conflict. MiG-23 was the main fighter in numbers. Also in the Soviets bases in GDR were MiG-23 instead of MiG-29. Edited April 25 by pepin1234 2 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

We now have a Cold war Germany map and an OK amount of cold war era western jets...but no real Russian jets so far (Yeah, I know the upcoming Mig 29A is coming) or even at the very least updated AI 3d assets of Cold war, at least the Mig 23, 27, Su-17/22 series etc. I don't get why ED keeps saying there is no demand for Ru Jets. It is not complete or the value of that map is not there when there isn't even a cold war AI 3D planes asset. We seem to have a lot of ground assets improved which we barely see or pay attention to. Hope someday, other developers can fill out the void in cold war with the addition of the Mig 23 or 27 and Su-25. As for the other US blue-force, would love to see the Jaguar at some point a true cold war era plane that fits both France and the British. And even if they do develop, it might take another 4-5 years Anyway, it looks very bleak with RAZBAM, all of the modules that I own are on life support literally, looking more like some day the plug might be pulled. That is a lot planes we're going to loose and I happen to be a steam user. Hope to hear some good news soon... Edited April 28 by jojyrocks 2 1
