Only reviewers would have it at this point in time.

Hopefully they fixed the two biggest flaws in design that cause 80% of the HF8 failures.  Larger gauge wire that doesn't break at the pad fold/motor solder points and replacing the IC motor controller chips with chips that have a higher power rating.

Yeah, hopefully one YouTuber comes along that actually address this and makes a tare down comparison.

What I find interesting is the faster response.

Their software still needs tweeking a bit as cannot match SimShaker

Holy s***

Firing the gun in the F-14 feels like there's a gatling gun mounted to my seat.

The standard software is pretty average though, uninstall and use simshaker aviator.

Mine has turned up!

The motors are way quicker at spinning up and much more powerful than the original HF8. Which will need to find a good home.

Seems to work well with it's software not tried SSA yet as I may have to mess with the config.

But so far so good has a much wider range.

I got one last week. There is a good review by Grim Reapers Skil on YouTube which helped me make up my mind on whether to buy. I only fly AH64 and use SSA software, so far I’m happy to say it’s a good piece of kit and adds to the immersion of the sim. Took an hour or so adjusting the settings for personal preference, but I think it’s worth the price, and it is comfortable to sit on for long missions.

Does SSA support all eight motors?

In my case the HFS software was not able to connect to DCS by default and I setup it manually DCS for that:

Edit export.lua file adding the following line:

local HFSlfs=require('lfs');dofile(HFSlfs.writedir()..'Scripts/HFSExport.lua')

Copy the file export_dcs.txt from FHS folder to DCS Scripts folder and rename it as HFSExport.lua

After that, launching HFS and DCS to enjoy the HF8/HF8 Pro.

Hi. I've tried to setup manually, following your indications. but the pad doesn't work with DCS. May you give me other suggestions to connect the pad with DCS?The NLR support is not useful..

- Check double extensions on file HFSExport.lua after copied it.

- Edit the export.lua file with notepad++, and not with windows notepad and check uppercase/lowercase.

- The Scripts/export.lua is located inside the user saved DCS folder and not in program files DCS folder.

- Check the pad is powered on when testing it in a DCS mission. (not the first time I left it off)

I wrote a basic tutorial in spanish, maybe can help you
