Manning the ATC Tower

With the new ATC coming, we should be able to man it like the tower on a carrier and the LSO station. 

Direct traffic, maybe a GCI element, would be fun on multi-player servers, and could even make it, that IF the tower is manned, AI aircraft won't take off or land unless instructed to do so. If the tower is unmanned, they'll behave as normal.

I mean they probably won't go that way, but this isn't really a bad idea either.

It could be quite fun if done properly, maybe as part of CA, for singleplayer. I don't know if for multiplayer makes sense, since there are already third party apps for GCI as far as I know (no idea, I do not do multiplayer). Allthough we would need a proper update for CA too

That's the whole point of making it in house to not use any 3rd party apps.

ED has claimed Super carrier technology Will be used to improve base funtionality on a future but dont habe a timeline yet.
