Firebugs Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago (edited) I preferred prior to this update when you could angle them to look behind you and not just skewed views of my own face. Edited 10 hours ago by Firebugs
GTFreeFlyer Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Ooh I didn’t realize you can’t tilt them anymore. Yes, that was cool. Didn’t play with the tilt today. I did notice the new face, and liked it for immersion, but when I turned off the pilot body, I was surprised to still see the face in the mirrors. Wish that was linked to the pilot body show/hide. OmasRachE Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Thats the same in jets, hiding the body does not hide the helmet in the mirror.

Their FoV was weird before. 8 hours ago, Firebugs said: I preferred prior to this update when you could angle them to look behind you and not just skewed views of my own face. The top mirror isn't too bad. The problem is the side mirrors, especially in VR where you likely have to turn your head to see them properly. The pilot's head moves too much, and even with small movements he leans way out into the mirror and blocks the view.

Yeah but the players head is quite sluggish, so there is a split second were you can see the mirror image clearly if you make fast head movements. But please consult your spine doktor first, if you are over 40 years old.
