The X-101 cruise missile cannot overcome the Caucasus Mountains during tests. It is fixed by raising the engine thrust to 5000N, since the R-95-300TM engine has a thrust of 510kgf. The code also contains a large RCS 0.16, although the missile is stealth. For comparison, the AGM-84D code specifies 0.08. Also, the X-101 missiles in the salvo have different flight speeds.

Difference in RCS might be because AGM-84D has its engine inside of the main body, while here you have it in the externally mounted pod which is not stealthy at all.

Not to mention X-101 is twice the size of the Harpoon.

The size of the object does not affect the RСS in any way

Maybe you're right about the engine sticking out.However, it is possible that the blades are covered with RAM
