SA-22 Missiles don't give an warning

When flying near the SA-22 or Pantsir missile system, its Missiles don't give a warning, plus no Mods
It does give a warning from SA-22, but not for Missiles

I got shot down in an A10 C2 as well without the RWR going off

Here, the New Track(Test with SU-25T). This time it happened to all the Flyable Aircraft(A10C/F18/F16 etc) As well Helicopter(Ah64 etc)
Only AI is fine

The Pantsir with its 57E6 uses command guidance, so there won’t be a RWR launch warning. The radar is steering the missile by sending it commands, it has no seeker itself.

This is consistent with the SA19 Tunguska behavior, you should just defend as soon as you see a "19" or "22" on your RWR and assume a launch, those things are pesky.

SA-22 It has a mm wavelength range that not all RWRs can see

 if "command guidance" should   inner ring chirping RWR. (NOT BEEP BEEP)
It should be different from the tone sound of the existing old dcs
 

If there is no Pantistier firing RWR,  the SA-10 will also have to be changed.

RWR is very detailed in other F-16 sims, pls looking into 
DCS dont

Yes, that's another topic to be discussed, as far as I'm know, neither the SA10 or the Patriot should give the current launch warning (SARH like warning), they are more like a TWS guidance that should be in the middle RWR ring and you should just defend pre-emptively when in the launch zone. Plenty of RL reports where the Patriot has destroyed friendly fighters with them not even knowing they had been engaged. We even have a report from Ukraine of a Su35/34 defending a patriot where the launch is called out by the EWR or the AWACS but not the RWR from the Russian jet.

The AN/ALR-69 Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) detects and identifies threat electronic signals within the C to J frequency bands, which range from approximately 0.5 to 20GHz.

SA-22 Have more 30GHz

At least it shows on F-16 rwr. 
I did get close enough for it to get tracing tone on rwr but that was just for testing
