Hello, I would like to report a problem with the speed of the MiG 29. The MiG 29 does not accelerate that much, it is much slower, this module of the MiG 29 has astronomical performance that needs improvement. Secondly, the MiG 29 loses speed very poorly in real life, it loses speed much faster. Regards.

Moi koledzy lataj na Migu 29 wiem co pisze jeżeli mamy predkosc 700 km/h przy zwrocie 35,45 stopni w momencie traci prędkość również nawet kiedy damy obroty na zero przepustnice bardzo szybko ja wytraca w tym modelu tak nie jest lata jak rakieta jest to do poprawki.pozdrawiam

I agree about the deceleration, but not about the power and perfomance. A very good example:

 

You also need to look at other modules that the MiG-29 in DCS can be compared to.

This week, my friend who flies a MiG will make a flight and I will describe it then, but the MiG-29 doesn't accelerate that fast, but okay, I think I'll get there on Thursday, pilot. I know this plane very well, I'm regularly at the airport and spend time there.

If you expect the professional approach from developers, write a professional and clear message, everyone will respect it.

You have described a turn from 700kmh airspeed and 35-40 deg but it mean precisely nothing for aerodynamics nor flight manuals. Take a look at MiG29 Flight Manual book of your colleague, take a look at Practical Aerodynamics of MiG-29 book (Russian language only), analyze the diagrams and let us know what is wrong with DCS model.

You could use your friend-pilot flight data from real flight and compare with DCS flight data. 

Real MiG29 flight data was several times compared with DCS - it happened on this sub-forum for Russian language discussion.

To report a bug you'll have to be very specific. "Doesn't accelerate that fast" is not very scientific approach, just a meaningless feeling, not worth looking into.

I somehow doubt you'll be given exact flight data even if your friend is a real pilot. You'll need exact data points vs time containg ex. the TAS, current G, altitude, vertical speed (if not level), ambient temperature, aircraft loadout and fuel weight.

PS. You also have to be sure the real aircraft in question is not modded in any way from the original version, especially for the engines and be sure that their condition after tens of years of service still enable them to output nominal power. Mods can also change the aircraft gross weight which also makes manual charts data incorrect.
