Intel 13th gen, stuttering on "Intel Default Settings" MB profile.

Hey!
I've got Intel 13900k and it shows totally different DCS perfomance with motherboard main profiles.
Motherboard Asus Z790, it has two predefined profiles "ASUS Advanced OC Profile" and  "Intel Default Settings".

"Asus OC" - DCS runs great, fine and smooth.
"Intel Default Settings" - DCS has constant stutters and instability in perfomance. "CPU bound (rendering thread)" often appears.
And that level of stuttering literally different on every other game launch.

For my main working apps (video editing, CG) I need "Intel Default Settings", because "Asus OC" profile works not so great with these apps.
I tried to make both motherboard profile as identical as possible in bios, but that didnt work.
All cores are unparked.

Any tips how to make "Intel Default Settings" work with DCS?

If dcs.log file is needed, I'll upload it in couple of days.

I had a 13900K which ran DCS just fine without overclocking, the gains from that are rather minimal. I would be very careful about using anything but the Intel defaults with those chips after that degradation problem. I don’t notice any trouble running my 14900KS on the defaults.
I have an Asus Z790 and don’t see the options you mention, maybe that varies between product lines (I have similar choices just called something different). I selected defaults via F5 in the BIOS and do not have the motherboard OC activated.

That option should be on main Bios Extreme Tweaker page.
Asus OC profile can be used without extra-overcklocking, just with stock Pcores-5.5 and Ecores-4.3 Ghz.

Just to add ( speed of heat has good advice ) its worth checking

also flagged in your dxdiag

Windows Error Reporting (WER)
Your system crashes with Bluescreens.
The following kernel-events have been detected:
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL,MEMORY_MANAGEMENT,KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED,SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION,HYPERVISOR_ERROR,IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Remove any overclocking (including XMP).,
Run SFC and DISM to check your Windows.,
Check for any updates of your BIOS or chipset drivers.

Also make sure you have disabled hotplug in DCS controls

Ok mine does have the same options. I have it set to the “Optimized Defaults” and it works fine. That’s what my PC tech support recommended, I am certainly no expert, if you have support available it would be worth contacting them. I would be very cautious about using anything other than the Intel defaults due to the degradation problem affecting the 13-14th Gen CPUs
