Having many DCS modules, it never takes too long away from an aircraft; to forget the many wonderful & detailed processes. Heck even a real life pilot wouldn't be having to learn & remember all procedures for around 3 dozen or so airframes at once lol ... so I like to create interactive & illustrative content for myself, to fly & learn/refresh, in real time. I fly exclusively in VR, & I like to be immersed in the headset, as opposed to ripping it off, breaking the immersion every 5 mins & checking a PDF or video. This is a current work-in-progress of mine, based on a personal favourite, the de Havilland Mosquito. At preset, only the Engine Start Up, Taxi & Take Off are complete but I've written in a basic cross channel Ground Strike of a German Radar facility as optional, & plan to include basic Engine Management, Navigation, Weapons Deployment, Landing & Engine Shut Down. I've recently finished & uploaded the 1st mission of this series, the F4U-1D Corsair & although it got a fair few downloads, no one has left any feedback on it so maybe I'm in the minority in thinking it a great idea to enjoy learning or refreshing myself in an aircraft in a realistic, immersive, fun & interactive manner. I'll obviously continue to make these missions for myself but wondering if there's a call to making public versions of them. (My versions of the mission contain plates with illustrated Buttons to press based on my setup, as well as illustrated VoiceAttack callouts etc so a seperate set of plates are obviously made for public upload). If you'd like to see this mission completed or think it's pretty much a waste of time sharing & uploaded, let me know in the comments as these missions take on average, 2-3 weeks to convert from personal, to public. Cheers.

These missions look brilliant, mate. I think they are a great idea. I will definitely download and run through them, as I am always chopping and changing aircraft regularly so as to keep the brain ticking over.
Cheers!

I'd absolutely love to go through your Corsair missions, but since they're set on WWII Marianas map, which is poorly optimized itself and pretty much unplayable on my aging RTX3070, I can't play them (unless I reduce gfx options to make the map look like bowl of dog's vomit, which I'd rather not do). I suspect I'm not the only one in that camp. Then there's a part of community, which decided to put Corsair in virtual hangar until infamous ground handling is sorted. Maybe that's why there's not much feedback over there.

Mossie and Normandy map on the other hand, no performance issues there, so I'll certainly check out this "refreshing course" for sure 🙂 .
