Hello, as there is no Air to Air training Mission for the AJS37 Viggen, I took it upon myself to create one for general use. Attached is the mission file. Again I offer this mission to Heatblur to include with their AJS37 module as part of their training missions. Video of the Mission is at; I contemplated trying to edit the files to include it in the training missions but even if successful every update overwrites the edits and it's best to stay clear of that directory anyway. So for now just open it like any other mission. For bragging rights - I can hit the IL-76 at 6kms with the Rb-05A 12 - AJS37 Air to Air Training.miz

DCS freezing in Carrier Case-1 trap (training mission)
Falconeer posted a topic in Bugs and Problems
Hello, i started to go through the training missions, but this mission is constantly freezing. It hangs when it says "World Preload 1/60" at bottom of the screen. I then need to kill the application and restart DCS dcs.log -
Hi, I am traing the basic (landing) but it takes a while to go through introduction before you can fly. Is the a way to skip that and jump straight to flying? thanks

Update: version 2 attached - 20 aircraft types - choose AI skill level, set angels / altitude. Now playable with F-14, F-15, F-16, F-18, F-5, A-4 Hello this is a universal BFM/BVR training mission/script which allows you to spawn bandits with your voice (VoiceAttack). If you don't have VoiceAttack, the F10 menu works as well but not as convenient. CAUCASUS https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3320774/ MARIANAS https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3320868/ SYRIA Attached, does NOT require A4 COMBO voice commands: "Spawn four Mig 21 at 10 miles" - 4x Mig21 will spawn on your 12'o clock at 10 miles, equal altitude to your aircraft "Spawn one F-18 at 50 miles, angels 30"- 1x F-18 will spawn on your 12'o clock at 50 miles, at 30,000 feet "Spawn two A-10 on my six" - 2x A-10 will spawn on your 6'o clock at 1 mile, equal altitude to your aircraft SETTINGS voice commands: "Missiles On/Off" - bandits spawn with missiles or guns "Sam sites On/Off" - turns SAM sites on / off "Set bandit count 4" - next wave will spawn 4 bandits "Set bandit skill (average good high ace)" "Set bandit type (F16 F18 F15 F14 SU27 SU30 MIG29 MIG31 MIG21 A10 Bf109 A4 F5 Fw190 I16 MiG15 MiG19 Mosquito P51D Spitfire)" - Sets bandit aircraft type for next spawn "set bandit distance (1-150) miles" - Sets enemy distance to 1,5,10.25,50,75,100,150 miles "Set bandit distance on my six" - next wave will spawn 1 mile on your 6'o clock "Set bandit altitude 30 thousand feet" - Next bandits will spawn at 30,000 feet "Set bandit angels 5" - Next bandits will spawn at 5,000 feet "Set bandit angels same as me" - Next bandits will spawn at your altitude "Set bandit altitude 30 thousand feet" - Next bandits will spawn at 30,000 feet "Set bandit altitude equal" - Next bandits will spawn at your altitude "Spawn random bandits" - spawns 1-4 random bandits at previous distance "Spawn bandit group" - spawns bandits with current/last used settings It gets pretty intense at times. AI skill level can now be changed before spawning bandits. Adding more support to choose fuel level and smoke on/off for bandits. Im still learning the Tomcat and needed more "engagements" to practice, so I extended sesksa's script with more functionalty and created VoiceAttack commands. Voice Profile .vap : import in VoiceAttack. Unbind F11 and F12 keys, so that the radio menu can be operated from anywhere without switching to external views. Installing with VAICOM, see The script bandit_on_demand.lua can be added to any map. latest version on github command reference.html Bandit On Demand-Profile.vap Bandit on Demand v2.miz Bandit on Demand Syria.miz

Hello, For training mission 19, Unable to take-off or taxi. Wheel chock removal request request will not comply. Radio keybind "\" default calls F8 - ground operations, F4 Remove Wheel chocks. No response or Unable to comply. Have made attempts while engine off, Engine on, Canopy open, Canopy closed, Mission Start, and fully started aircraft. I really wish wheel chocks were not implemented in training scenarios, unless the intent was to never have take off or taxi ability during that mission. The voice instructions never reference wheel chocks in any of the training missions.

While flying training missions in the A 10-C I lose all control of the flight control stick after the game has put my plane on auto pilot. When control is turned back over to me the only way I can control my plane is with the trim control, just enough to get it back into auto pilot myself, but once I come out of auto pilot, I again have no control. I am awaiting a Virpil Warbird base for my Warthog stick, I am hoping that the issue is the X52 HOTAS controller itself. Any thoughts on the matter will be greatly appreciated.

I made a fa18 formation flight training mission so you don't have to. You can change the weather in the mission editor if you want. If this helped you out, subscribe to me on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNijtw5S2Op9sHXrL9kujjg To use simply 1: download the mission 2: Open C/users/your name/saved games/dcs/missions 3: if dcs is downloaded to another drive (D or E or F etc.) just look for dcs/missions 4: drag the download into this folder and you should be good to go FA 18 formation flight training.miz

finally starting to fly the warthog II and doing the training missions. In the tutorial the instructor tells me to push coolie hat down short or J to switch mfd pages. this doesnt work. not even pressing the J short. coolie down long does display the dsms pages but short does nothing. is this a bug or is it removed due to realism?

This might be a user inflicted bug as I'm still quite new with the F-16. I do have an issue with the first target, the EWR 55G6. When following the instructions and entering the radar into table 3 (102), the instructions tells me that I should see a s for that radar and select it. Instead I see an u. I've tried several times and even looked in the HARM tables to make sure I'm putting in the right code, but no joy. When I try firing, the missile will eventually crash in the ocean without hitting a target. I have no issue with the second target though
