fixed Problem with "Mark site read"

When leaving the forum, I'll clean up with the above. After responding in the affirmative to the "Are you sure" prompt, I get:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access this resource.

As subject reads; I get a FORBIDDEN error that I don't have permissions.  This is after the recent trouble with the forum.  I logged off and on and still the same.

Hi, 

we had to enforce login for the forum due to an attack on our forum, and there have been some issues after, someone was flooding our forum with guest accounts sadly. 

Once you login you will be able to browse the forum, and we are looking into the other issues.

Seeing the same, and logging out of the forum also leads to the same 403 Forbidden message.

In this case, the URL is: forum.dcs.world/login/?ref={some_random_string}

Issue is fixed, it happened due to an attack on our forum.
