... With all the respect. please make some module that complements the existing ones. Some counterpart to MiG-29 maybe? or for Phantom? or for F-16/18? Or some WW2...

F-35 is waste of time IMHO.

You remember ED has working before the F-35 on:
- F-15 FF module
About WW2:
- F6F Hellcat / A5M6 Zero modules
And "2026 and Beyond" has arround the corner.

Financially for ED it is not. But we discussed this plenty already. So why do you bring it up again?

I respectfully disagree. I am looking forward to the F-35. Though I don't fly any Red A/C, I do think more are absolutely needed.

For the counterparts, in due time when there are 2 or 3 more redfor planes out, it is just a matter of time as ED already stated their interests of making more after the 29. (I know time is a precious thing)

Plenty of WWII stuff coming. Two big weights are being developed by ED, the Mitsubishi Zero and the Hellcat. I'd like a Kawasaki and a Nakajima there on the list too but, oh well.

I'm not 100% certain but I think it will sell like hot cakes instead.

The F35 is the best way to allow the development of additional modules. I'd imagine the F35 would bring another mass influx of players into DCS, and the revenue would allow ED to allocate additional resources onto less profitable endeavors.

We're already getting a Rafale and Typhon, there aren't many other 4th gen aircraft out there with sufficient information to develop without assistance from their respective manufacturers (Eg. Su-30SM, F-CK-1, Gripen, J-10C). A block 1 rhino is also mostly just a less-capable version of the hornet we already have. Regardless, a luneberg lensed F35 isn't too unfair of a fight against the eurocanards we're getting, especially the rafale with its RBE2 and OSF.

A vast majority of DCS players never touch multiplayer, so you don't need full fidelity OPFOR modules like the J20/J35/SU57 to oppose the F35. Additional more advanced SAM systems would also likely drop before the F35 to complement it.

Exactly. I see the F35 opening up the doorway wider for other aircraft. If they are going to grow, do it all. Don't limit themselves. That way there is something in the sim for everyone.

Don't worry, we are making other modules AND the F-35. You may not want it, but many do, and it's an important step in our business to start opening up to newer generation aircraft. Thanks!
