LeCuvier Posted yesterday at 05:38 PM Posted yesterday at 05:38 PM I have migrated all my software to a new gaming PC, and I've been able to get almost everything working as it used to. Exception: When I'm in F2 view I can no longer change my camera around to look at the different aircraft from different angles and distances. I used this mostly during replays. Now, the mouse has no function at all in F2 view. This applies to all aircraft I use. I've been through my options settings multiple times, but I cannot find where to correct this. I would be grateful for any help. Solution speed-of-heat Posted 23 hours ago Solution Posted 23 hours ago i'm sure you have checked this ; but for each aircraft there should be a heading "mouse" under the controls page, in the axis view for that column there should be a number of camera views; Mouse_X needs to be assigned to Camera Horizontal View , Mouse Y to Camera Vertical View, and Mouse Z to camera zoom view ... LeCuvier Posted 11 hours ago Author Posted 11 hours ago You are wrong: I didn't check this as I've never touched these commands. You are right: that was the problem. I have never touched these bindings for any of my many aircrafts, and all except the Bf-109 carried over to the new PC without any glitch. Strangely, I don't see any .diff.lua file for the mouse. Any idea where that's hidden? Thanks anyway, you made my day! 1 LeCuvier Windows 10 Pro 64Bit | i7-4790 CPU |16 GB RAM|SSD System Disk|SSD Gaming Disk| MSI GTX-1080 Gaming 8 GB| Acer XB270HU | TM Warthog HOTAS | VKB Gladiator Pro | MongoosT-50 | MFG Crosswind Pedals | TrackIR 5

Any idea where that's hidden? its not hidden, the diff.lua is created automatically by dcs when you do your first mouse binding on the controls page. No file simply means that you have never defined such binding. It's odd though because it should be the default, I have come across it a couple of times when i cleared the bindings, by mistake, and went through the same "arrrggh" moment SYSTEM SPECS: Hardware AMD 9800X3D, 64Gb RAM, 4090 FE, Virpil T50CM3 Throttle, WinWIng Orion 2 & F-16EX + MFG Crosswinds V2, Varjo Aero SOFTWARE: Microsoft Windows 11, VoiceAttack & VAICOM PRO YOUTUBE CHANNEL: @speed-of-heat
