This one was done a while ago but never released it so here is a screen of it in action.

If there is enough interest I shall make it available.

Isn't it a bit too dark for a standard Soviet skin?!

Edit:

Mizzy nice work, however I advise some weathering on the wheels as in your 3rd screenshot wheels seem to clean!

yesterday is TOO late YOU NEEDT TO RELEASE THIS MODEL KNOW!!!!!! jeje who said the mig-25 is ugly, that is not true, it my not be the sexy #10 su-27 but to me is a number 7 1/2 because it has this cold war aura.

There was a great variety of Mig 25 camos around the worlds airforce that used Mig 25s. Mine is based on this little chap attached.

I have aready done schemes that are soviet military standard. This one is quite a sad scheme of a old (but never beaten and noble) Mig 25, the 'watcher of the skys' as my Grandfather used to say :)

A great aircraft, wish we did have a new model of it in Lock on. Maybe in the future, who knows!

I'll buy you a pint in a pub if you do...

The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.

Ok Il make it available

Warning, it does look very old and beaten up so any sensitive Mig 25 lovers beware, it may upset you !! Moving on to other artwork now.

But the old and beaten is exactly how it looks IRL so I see no reason of having it any other way in LOFC. Too bad we can't add any new skin slots to Foxbat cause I'd like to have many camo variants available in game at the same tame.

Anyway Mizzy, release this Foxbat skin!

Have you done any for the Foxhound?!

All you have to do is right click your mouse over the attached image and save it somewhere. Then put the saved image in your temp textures folder.

The image is only 8/256 colour but I reduced the size using 'Bright' so you can't tell the difference from the original colour depth (24/16). I think LO converts the image to the resolution of the game but not sure. It works anyway ;)

Yes, I agree, something different but real looking paint job. Since a MiG-25 landed on one of the Japanese islands back in the 80's (?) this a/c had my interest. The Soviet AF pilot was Belenko (?), as far as I know. He lives now in the US with a new identity. Got to check with Wikipedia.

Mizzy, thank your for this skin. It's bad that you do some other art work.
