I am downloading FC2 right now, so now I'm looking to download the first FC so I will have it for FC2. I can't seem to find any place to download it instead of getting a cd sent to me.

I looked on the lockon site and they dont have a dl for as for as I can see.

You're not looking for Flaming Cliffs as per the title of your post - You're after LockOn Modern Air Combat.

No download as far as I am aware. You need to purchase the disc from a Retailer/E-Bay

you don't install FC2 "over" LOMAC. just install LOMAC, then install FC2 to its own directory. when you run the FC2 installer it checks for LOMAC and will only install if LOMAC is present. after you've installed FC2 you can uninstall LOMAC.

FC2 is a completely separate stand alone product despite it being referred to as an update to a LOMAC addon (FC). it doesn't use LOMAC as far as I can tell. so just put it in its own directory and when done uninstall LOMAC.

Get it here.

He said while standing down at the docks carrying a big sign saying "get it here"

Sorry, I could not avoid that one.

Anyway..... Yes.... Install Lock on, install FC2 and if you want you can delete Lock on after that as FC2 only needs it for install purposes.

But could be good for you to try the original Lock on and feel the difference.

Good luck :)
