All right guys I have the bid on the outside cockpit decals with a minimum order of 10 units plus setup fees postage to me the cost per set 2 each DANGER EJECTION SEAT,2 each RESCUE MANUAL CANOPY RELEASE HANDEL in an arrow these are 16 inches long , 2 each lift ,2 each jack and three canopy strips. You can see every thing here on the left and right side of the cockpit $35.00 a set with out shipping and a hard envelope or PayPal fees.

 

I have not found long hard envelops yet so I don't have a total cost yet

Nothing new on the inside decals very little response from viewers I have not even worked on them lately.

I would really like to see the out side one on my cockpit hence the low price basically at cost for a custom order.

Chuck Norris refuses to use Orange envelopes if you want them i will slap them between two pieces of card board sealed with clear packing tape :megalol:

DM, it's a bit confusing, just for me, in all the offerings, or maybes, etc. in all the different places. So can you just, I don't know, tack a little note next to your order list that just says: "Wayne - Yes please!" Well, what!? You might be asking. As you know, probably anything laid before me. Inside decals? Yes please. Outside? You got it. Yes please. Handle Decals? Yes please. Replica handles with decals? I'll change this one up and say "Most definitely!" :)

 

I think you might be getting the idea. (On a personal note, not sure what else could be at the top if my list besides what I've already mentioned. (Landing gear panel, etc.) So feel free to offer and most likely answer will be in the affirmative. Thanks.)

 

So, in summary of my confusing post.

Decals - Yes, whatever is made. (In/Out/Both)

Handles - Yes. Entire set, whatever it consists of. Whether it's only the aux landing gear and pedal adjust, or the ones I really want, the canopy jettison and especially the brake.

 

Hope it works out to my favor, if not, totally understand, maybe next time, and let me know if you could use any help doing anything. Here's another idea. Instead of that 501©3 nonprofit, actually fund the book as a Kickstarter. That way, you'd have the funds up front, with definite possibility on selling even more afterwards! Win/Win! :D

2. Inside stickers sticker have more than one color and a protective layer on top looking for 15 people to order.

3. Outside decals on color flat black looking for 9 other people to order

4 I have offered to make Canopy Jett Emergency break pedal adj and AUX LG EXT handles . If there is enough demand.

 

 

every thing as far as I know has been offered here on my build thread some items have had there own threads for quite a wile so people tend to post in them.

I probably was one of those that may have turned down one of your offers. I've taken some of them, too. Unfortunately, real life does not always allow me the luxury to afford fantasy life no matter how much I want it. Sometimes it takes a couple of months to save up for a big money item. I can probably see how some others, maybe not many, but some, have to do the same thing if they are not independently wealthy. So I wouldn't hold it against people, nor stop offering. But that's just me. :smilewink:

 

You've got some incredible stuff, DM. Along with that, you've got a lot of knowledge and ability to help a lot of people. Especially me. So, if you have the time, please don't give up on some of us because you don't think we appreciate what you have to offer.

I agree that selling on the forums can be a challenge. Not sure if you already do but posting your wares on Ebay might get you more purchases or better yet setup a website and you can track the number of orders and get more advertising (just put the link in your sig and it will be in every post you ever made).

 

I was looking through the For Sale forum and just got caught up on your build thread and I see you are selling more stuff!

 

Put me down for a set of outside decals (I already replied to your ACES II thread) and a set of handles too. :)

You have total misunderstood what I am talking about and the point.

I no longer pass along the informative because its a waist of my time.

 

In this market you have to have a stash of cash and a knowledge of what you want and what it is worth to you. As I have told you when you asked what is your secret ?

For months nothing would come up on line but every month i would stick some cash away for cockpit items.

If you think that I am wealthy you nuts.

 

Then when some thing like the Cockpit comes on line I snag it if the price is right I don't ask some one to hold on to it. I Bye it .

That is how I have ended up with parts that and continued relationships with dealers.

 

I don't hold it against any one if they don't purchase any thing I offer or I have found that i know they want or need, but I don't have to spend my time. letting 10 guys know whats on line.

Lets just say I have not have very many heads ups the few I have had I either purchased or passed on all ways with a thanks for thinking of me.

 

 

Sabre-TLA I have sold a few things on eBay I am one of the few members that have found real parts some times they sell some times they don't.

I have ran my own sight sell items there are not enough people purchasing A-10 Items to make it worth the time and cost of the site

 

Thanks for the though full advice I have thought long an hard on most items or eve tried a few

. I have found it works well just to sell what i can when i have time to do it

Guys I will get the Quote on the ACES II set of stickers tomorrow some time then post the current price the sticker lay out is not being changed at this time i did want to add a fence check and flt check sticker for the comp and g meter post but we will see

that would entail an addition $40 dollar lay out fee so we will see

Deadman, do you make all parts by yourself? Or do you use any original A10 parts for your pit?

All of my parts that I have for the pit are original except a few lens filters that I have made from blue glass that i will paint then get some one to laser the correct label on it .

 

I will need to make a few things that I have not found any ware.

 

The Up Front Controler

Left and Right MFCD bezels

The Armament HUD Control Panel

The mounting plate for the LED clock ,Stand by ADI ,AOA indicator and remote UHF indicator

The mounting plate for the engine gauges cluster

 

The right grip for the C version

Get the Emergency flight light plate lasered to look like the new NVIS One

Avionics Auxiliary panel

A canopy breaker

CAVTR RECORDER
